Documentation or HowTo guide for pentest.ws

Is there any documentation or best practice howto for pentest.ws available? The platform is absolutely brilliant, but the many possibilities can also lead you astray as far as your own workflow is concerned. If you then realize that the workflow of the platform was actually intended differently, you have to laboriously restructure / recopy your own data. This time could be saved if there were a manual/howto or something similar.
