Display the host / engagement ID in the user interface

It would be helpful to have the host id (HID) and the engagement ID (EID) displayed in the user interface. This would make it easier to use your own (host / engagement specific) API queries in pentest. Currently I query the IDs extra via the report to be able to use them.
