General Command Library - Export/Import

Adding one by one using UI dialog could be painful. Would be great if we have "import via CSV or Excel".

Export function will be useful if we want to back up our data.

  The next update, expected Q1 2020, will include the General Command Library (GCL) as part of the Import/Export Account Items feature available under the User menu in the top right corner. This feature uses a JSON file format due to its hierarchy structure.

  However, importing into a single library such as the GCL could use a CSV file if that functionality were built out. We'll do our best to include this as part of the 2020Q1 update.
