Load files into scratchpad

Being able to load text files into scratchpad would be helpful. Presently this barfs with an import failed error, presumably due to it looking for a Cherrytree file (the only option)

  UPDATE:

  This has been released to production.

  This will be included in the next release. You'll have the option to load "Raw Text / Code" files, and the import will detect the file extension and assign the appropriate coloring scheme / file type to the document.
