Short answer: You
Long answer: The PenTest.WS Pro Tier Application maintains a PostgreSQL database stored on the same physical machine or virtual environment as the binary Application. The data contained in this database is the property of the licensee.
During installation, the Application requires root privileges to setup the database. This process generates a random 32 character password which is used to create a pentest_ws PostgreSQL user account. Access control for subsequent Application database entities is managed through this pentest_ws PostgreSQL account.
The pentest_ws account password, along with other user maintainable configuration settings, is available for review and modification by the licensee through the config.json file within the Application's working directory. File level security access controls which protect this and other sensitive Application files is the responsibility of the licensee.
In the event of a failure to renew the PenTest.WS Pro Tier License, data contained in the PostgreSQL database remains the property of the licensee. PenTest.WS LLC grants full use of the licensee's Pro Tier PostgreSQL database to the licensee.
The PenTest.WS Pro Tier Application remains the property of PenTest.WS LLC.
The PenTest.WS Pro Tier Application is licensed, not sold, to you by PenTest.WS LLC for use strictly in accordance with the End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). PenTest.WS LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of the EULA.
