Short Answer: Engagement data does not sync, but Account Items can be migrated
Long Answer: One of the main features of Pro Tier is compliance with Non-Disclosure Agreements. As such, there is no mechanism to sync engagement data between your pro application and the online version available at https://pentest.ws
Engagement data is defined as Engagement records, Host records and Port records. This also includes Scratchpad documents and any content added to the Reporting tab. Engagement data does not sync between your pro application and the online application.
Account Items can be migrated from one environment to the other. Accounts items include Templates (Shells, Port Scans, Subnet Scans), Global Service Notes, Service Command Library, and Default Service Checklist.
To copy Account Items from your online account into your Pro Tier application:
- Login to https://pentest.ws
- Click your username in the upper right corner
- Select "Export Account Items"
- Leave all options checked
- Click the "Export Account Items" button
- A json file will be downloaded to your computer
- Login to your Pro Tier application
- Click your username in the upper right corner
- Select "Import Account Items"
- Load the json file from your computer
- Click the "Continue to Confirm Import" button
- Review the new, duplicate and changed Account Items
- Click the "Confirm & Import Now" button
